dell optiplex gx620 ram issue.

when i bought this second hand dell pc around 7 years ago it came with 2gb ram 1Gbx2. than within the same year i bought 1Gb ram more 512mbx2. wanted the dual channel. It is Dell optiplex Gx620, 2.8ghz.

when i installed at that time, i did not though about volts, latency (actually i never knew that much about the memory ram).

overtime i always felt my pc was going slow, i always updated refresh 3-4 times windows 7 pro copy. have 2 hdd of 250gb each, 1 dvd-rw, builtin gpu n sound card.
and strangely i never really though having two different brand will make any differences, as in the pc system setup it shown all as 533MHZ ram for each of them. and i am using its default setting too.

i always clean my pc with cloth n blower 2-3 times a year. and cleaning dust from the front side where the processor fan is, almost daily. i do clean the heatsink when i remove it.
i do have glary utilities or sometimes i use cc cleaner, or malware program, but i do install at a time. also used auglosic cleaner. i have avast antivirus free version. i mostly keep my windows updated , but my other programs are update regularly.

now the issue,
this past month my pc was extremely slow, vlc player freezing , browsing extremely slow all of sudden, n so on. couldn't understand what it could be. so today i search for some help online.

I reinstall memtest and did windows memory test too. it did not found any problem in the ram.
i learned online to clean the ram pin with eraser to get those black things of them. which it did worked little bit. while i was cleaning the 512mbx2 ram, i turn my pc on with just 2Gb ram and to my surprise my pc performance got better.
so i decided to install Rammon and cpu-z to check its vlots n others stuff, as i read online to check them.

i reinstall the 512mb x 2 again with the existing 1Gbx2 ram, i did notice that my speed did improve from before cleaning the ram.

ok here is the results from the cpu-z n rammon. is it some comparabitility issue or not? or just that the ram gone bad. plz look at it and guide me.
also, why in the pc setup it is saying 533mhz for each ram, but in cpu-z n Rammon it saying 400mhz n 333 mhz?
say how to attach the txt n html file here?
