Best AM3+ socket Motherboard?

I am currently building my first computer... I have ordered most of the parts, except for the motherboard. Im really stuck between two of the best motherboards in the market...

Please help... The ASUS has fast boot, and already comes pre-installed with windows 8. The other motherboard would be around the same price, because i will have to install windows 8. So, in the end, i need one with better performance.

Both will require you to install window 8. Window 8 is not given to you with the SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0.
The ASUS Sabertooth motherboard is just more expensive as it uses better quality components and it carries a brand name.
Which cpu will you be using?

My CPU is the fx 8350...

What do you mean windows 8 isnt given to me? it says its pre-installed...

What the product specification say about the motherboard is that it is Window 8 ready meaning you can install and use window 8 on that motherboard. But it is not given to you. You have to buy the window licence separately and install yourself.
