Android Phone Wi-Fi Authentication error problem

Well since i ever fixed my phone it does that to my router, I can connect from all devices even other androids and iphone too, but whenever I connect from my own Android phone gives me this error, however I tried connecting via hotspot to other mobile and I got it connect but I want it to connect to my router's wifi, any help?

PS: I tried factory reset, turning off and on, changing settings to WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK and other wise, and other stuff (airplane mode) still all didnt work yet.!!

What are your wireless settings in your router?

Mode, channel, security type, encryption type.

Optimum settings are:

Mode: wireless N only (only use mixed/legacy if you still have older wireless g devices)
Channel: auto
Security: WPA2
Encryption: AES
