FX 6300 And Over ou I5 4440?

Hi guys, sorry my english (brazil) but how find a best performance of me?
I have one FX 6300 but my Motherboard is so shi* (GA 78LMT S2) and i can take other motherboard that is; Motherboard MSI p/ AMD 970 GAMING AM3
And
Seidon 120V for a little overclock to 4.2
And my video card is GTX 770.
I Would get FX 6300 + Motherboard and Seidon 120V or GA H97M DS3P and I5 4440? Thanks!

Hey,
It completely depends on your budget. If you have the money for an i5 and a motherboard (H97 or z97 series), then the i5 is definitely, in all aspects, better than the fx 6300.
If money is an issue or if you dont want to spend much right now then just get a motherboard for the 6300 you already have.

However, if can buy the i5 nothing like it. Best choice.
