I've been saving for one year now, and it's time to create my first pc build from scratch.
I believe I've done my homework, read reviews, comparisons, and quite a bit of threads to choose all the components, but I would very much appreciate if some of you guys could take a look at what I am planning to build, and give me some advice.

Unless there is a good reason to avoid it, I'm pretty sold on the CASE.

Budget Range: 1600€-1800€
System Usage: Gaming (Witcher 3, GTAV, Civilization... everything!)
Are you buying a monitor: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: pccomponentes.com, alternate.es, xtremmedia.com, wipoid.com
Location: Ponferrada, Leon, Spain. Local stores greatly overpriced.
Parts Preferences: Intel / Nvidia fanboy since the start of time.
Overclocking: Yes, slight (currently OC Genie on Z87 GD65, i5 4670K at 4,2)
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Comments: Avoid components that are very hard to install, overkill... Going for a red-black theme with white lights. Would love my Case, PSU and MOBO to be as future-proof as possible, hopefully for 4+ years. I understand I will need to change GPU/CPU/RAM, at least some of them, in 1.5-2 years.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: A co-worker wants to build my current gaming pc, and I've always wanted to go through the rite-of-passage of building my own pc. The time has come.
