Extremely high physical memory usage (with 16gb of RAM)

I had the same problem before when I was running with 8gb RAM, but I upgraded to 16gb but apparently the problem still hasn't been resolved. This memory usage always goes up, and I have to shut down/ restart my computer for it to go back down. The memory usage as of right now while being idle is 75%, and that's only with a couple of chrome tabs open. Any suggestions? I've heard that doing a fresh install of Windows 7 can help, but I'm not too sure about that one.

It's been happening for as long as I can remember (for the couple months I've had my computer), but I'll update everything and see if it fixes the problem. I haven't tried any other search engines, but the RAM usage stays over 80% even if I don't have any programs open

That lolclient.exe is eating your RAM:
My advice is: go in start & type "msconfig", then go to startup tab & uncheck all unnecessary items. Then reboot & see how much RAM is taken at startup.

It uses a lot, but it's not eating up 13GB of RAM, and I've already disabled over half of the programs on startup.

Also, even with LoLClient closed my RAM usage is still above 80%

Yeah, still not seeing anything there that explains 13GB of RAM usage, LoLClient is only ~700 MB. I think you're going to have to look into 3rd party utilities to better map RAM usage and figure out what's eating the RAM. Try something like RaMMap.

I do actually have RamMap, but I really have no clue what I'm looking at. My computer was just crashing and I had to turn it off then back on, but before I did that I tried opening something and it said something like "not enough system memory"

Anyone else see the Chrome process with PID 960,122 ??

If your PID value is that high, it probably means that you have a significant number of processes running (most likely hidden, since you'd probably notice if you had a million processes in task manager). Try downloading Malwarebytes' free version and running a scan.
