Optiplex 745 DT to Gaming PC

HI guys I have an old Optiplex 745 DT which I found in my old stuff. Im trying to buy a new processor maybe some ram and a graphic card if possible. I have around 150$ to play with. I'll be buying parts on Ebay. I thought about getting a Q6600 gtx 750 and 2gb of ddr2 ram maybe.
I'll aim to be able to play CS:GO in a stable fps and maybe some GTA5 on low settings.

Note: I'll be playing games in 1024x1024 resolution,

All was well until I reached 2gb. You won't be able to run gta v. It requires at least 4gb of ram. The build would be quite unbalanced

Hi

What size case do you have?
What size psu?
Are you buying second hand parts ?

Better off buying something more modern and secondhand with a genuine windows 7 ( refurbishes version?)
Make sure psu is big enough for a gpu card or already includes a gpu card

I have DELL Optiplex 745 DT size and I think the PSU is 280w. Is it enough for these parts?

Could you guys find me a Desktop in Ebay for aorund 50 dollars if possible with a good processor and a good PSU? It may be easier

Just a note, if you do decide to put a Q6600 into that 745 be sure to upgrade the bios to the latest version before you install it or it probably won't boot.

Gtx 750 ti Needs 60 watts ( from slot)
With300watt psu

Dell 280 psu should be ok
Fit an extra cooling fan if possible

Yeah thanks. Just to know will this PC with gtx 750 ti and 4 gigs of ram be able to run gtaV in low with 1024x1024 at stable 50-60 fps?
