I am thinking about buying a gaming computer and i wanted to know if these specs were good:

CIT Neptune Case
Intel Core i3 4160 Haswell Processor running at 3.6GHz
Asus B85M-G Motherboard with USB 3.0 and 6gbps SATA
8GB PC3-10666 DDR3 Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 1GB Graphics Card
1000GB SATA 7200rpm Hard Disk
Sony DVD-RW 24x Drive
700watt Chillblast PSU
Onboard High Definition Audio
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM

Solution
Good in general, but here are a few suggestions to improve it:

- 8GB PC3-10666 DDR3 Memory: this is a slower 1333MHz memory, better get 2 sticks of 4GB 1600 MHz memory with CL9 latency, almost the same price, better performance
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 1GB Graphics Card: okay card, but not really high performing. Should be decent for medium details on 1080p, though.
- PSU: this is a horrible quality PSU. Get XFX 550W, any Seasonic 500W+, Antec HCG series or similar.
- consider adding an SSD for a system drive - not required, but will speed general performance in apps/windows/loading a lot.
