Hello people. My computer (windows 8.1) used to boot up in 1 min. max. And I am a very clean user (do not have much programs installed except the ones I really need, or a game i play when bored). Of course I use CCleaner, an antivirus, do disk defrag-check for stuff like once every month. But recently (for like two weeks); my computer started to take longer than 10-15 mins to boot. Windows' boot logo shows up (circle thing) and it gets stuck while it rotates... Keeps this way for 10 mins... Then continues... After the "stuck" part is done. It takes max of 10 secs to boot...

Anyway. I searched what can cause this. And found out my disk usage spikes a lot.
When i first boot computer and ctrl+shift+esc i see my disk usage making its way up to 100%. It stays at 100% for like three mins, then drops to 0%. I know, you'll say this is normal. But it is not. Not at all. Disk usage spikes to 100% and stays at 100% for some minutes then drops to 0% and stays at 0% for some mins... While no app is opened. (And no, I disabled all startup apps) It seems System uses all disk usage. (from what i see in proccesses) I tried troubleshooting to find the problem. Trouble shooting pointed me to "system maintenance", with a message "fixed the problem with system maintenance". I check to see if it is fixed. It seems it is! But wait a second.. What is this again... It is back after like 30 mins of usage... It also appears whenever i boot.

I am kinda sure this is not a virus. I have bit defender pro (official)(yes, i have a lot of money to waste on stuff like this)

Anyway. What do you guys think? About the situation I mean.
