Need help picking out a graphics card

Hi so this is my first post here and I need help deciding on if a Graphics card is compatible with my PC or not, and if you could recommend some and maybe provide a link or two that would be awesome, Thanks!

I am currently looking at an MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Graphics Card

OK thanks for the answer, and I am almost certain that a 750 ti would be better then Intel 4600 graphics. My GPU right now is a joke. And I really appreciate the help

Ya, my parents didn't really know what they were doing when they bought my PC. They just saw a 12GB ram pc with Windows 8 and an i5 Chip and thought that it would be able to play all games and at first it did, but when I started getting games like dying light and such it just isn't cutting it.
