I had just built this new PC a few hours ago. I have an It's an asus h81m-e motherboard. It first boots up to the Asus splash screen, then after 10 or so seconds it goes to this

I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with my motherboard. I've looked at other threads on this matter and none of those solutions seem to help. I've checked the usb ports, and they seem fine. Any suggestions?
