Now system idle process is hogging my CPU now..how to fix?

Well in a previous thread,i asked why is my cpu overheating.. Now system idle process is who causes this. how do i fix it? I wanna play Minecraft now i cant play it cause of this..Help :)

Now.. it is around 55% CPU when i started up. Then it raised up to 85%
after around 45min With Memory raising up to 88%.
Also, system idle process is fine before this happened.
It was around 3% CPU usage at normal startup with no problems.
then i was able to play MC without issues.it is running smoothly in 45fps.
Now it is running 5fps..

System idle process isn't a process, but simply a counter of what percentage of time your cpu idles, I.e. does nothing.
The higher it is, the less your cpu is used by programs. If it is at 90%, 90% of the time since start your cpu was idling and 10% it was working.
