after installing the CM Hyper 412S to mi i3 on mi Asus Z97 K the temps were so high that thought the screws werent tight enough. Then Ive realized that was impossible to turn harder cause in the back wasnt fixed the way it should. After re install it harder to the mobo nothing happened. Just all hardware running without BIOS or monitor. Finally, had removed everything and let the processor breath. Was working and booting again so decide to clean up the surface of the processoR and install the intels old cooler...but decided I could do it betree and retry with the CM Hyper before call the guarantee... Not even booted for a second. And the last process of removing and cleaning up thr cooler didn't worked....now my new PC doesn't boot with or without cooler, and all connections are fixed. I'm afraid some really weird happened or damaged my CPU or MOBO...help guys, this is such a non sense situation..

Solution
Even if just 1 CPU socket pin is bent, the CPU won't work. You need to do a non-warranty RMA. Asus will replace the socket.

There should be a back plate to use. Check with Coolermaster if you can't find it.

Thaks for answering.

It is true that I've made 2 different mistakes while retrying with the CM Hyper 412S. My mistake was in this second try to FORGET using the backplate between mobo, frontal screw (on the socket side), and the rear nut that close it to the motherboard.

That was a silly mistake. In this occasion I've tryed to tighten the screws as the cooler wont be too sliding or free. Then would cool the CPU better than the last occasion, when I didnt tight the screws and nuts properly. Since this happened I've never connected the PSU cable to get electricity into the sistem. I want to be clear about it, but I dont know if the back nuts could damage any circuit. I've just noticed of the error and clear it up all the fixing tools (screws on the top and nuts).

The other mistake, if the motherboard doesnt suffer any damage after tighten the nuts without backplate to the back, was definitely trying to clean up the CPU from any termal compound, cause I could bend 3 socket's pins.

-If 3 socket's pins are bend the CPU wont work? When turning it on its hot on the surface. Can I fix it at home? Can Asus fix it for me?
-If is that the back nuts directly against the motherboard could damage any circuit, is that possible? is that any damage circuit wont permit to turn on the sistem?

Thanks a lot
