Need Software to correct read and write permissions

Basically add my restored stuff is locked and I have to authenticate access every time so I am able to access it, but I was wondering if there was a way to unlock all of them in one go or if there is a program that will change the permissions for me.

You need to explain better. The word 'stuff' could be anything.

Stuff: Folders, pictures, text documents, etc.... I have access to them, but it is a pain in the ass to change the perms manually every time.

'the perms'? Permissions?

Are you logged in as Administrator? Or is it shared folders? Shared with you? You need to be to get access without manually inputting.

I am admin and yes perms = permissions. I was just wondering if someone knew of a program that would auto correct this situation.

No. Otherwise it would be hacking. Just use Windows.
