Hi guys!
Yesterday I purchased Dragon Age: Inquisition, received the product key and went over to Origin to redeem my code. But when I typed the code in, I got the following message: "This code has already been used". Also, I payed for G2A shield when I was buying the game and as far as I know, the shield guarantees instant compensation, should the product key turn out to be invalid, used (like mine) and so on. I already opened up a case in the Resolution Center and now I have to wait 3 days for that Swiss douche, who stole over 30 EUR from me, to eventually provide me with a functional key or at least return my money. I tried speaking with an employee through the live chat, I explained to them everything, of course I brought up the fact that I payed for the G2A shield which means I should get an immediate compensation if something goes wrong. All the employee told was to wait 3 days for a response from the third-party seller. WHAT.THE.HECK.
I would really appreciate it if someone, who's had a similar experience, could help me out.
And for the record, I've bought several games from marketplace sellers already (all of these orders were successful), so this is the first time I've encountered this problem.

Already did that - I entered the key several times just to be sure and I can confirm it's used.

I always make sure I buy a GLOBAL key and I always check if it's region-restricted (which it was, at least for India, but I'm not from India, so yeah).

I looked at G2A's FAQ and this is what they want you to do:

"If you have received a duplicate/already used game key then please check first if the game has not already been added to your game library. If not, then please go to www.g2a.com/complaint and fill in the contact form there. We will assist you in solving the problem. Please note that one key can be activated only once and only per one account."

I haven't tried this option yet so I'll give it a shot. Thanks, man! :)

According to the Shield description you have "Unique 5 minute money-back solution", contact their support again and ask why this is not being used in your case. I'd get my money back at least for that service if they will not actually honor it.

G2A is always a bit shady, they resell codes that are locked to regions or codes that should not be re-sold, like demo or promo codes.
