Windows 7 Ultimate x86 - Constant BSODs

Hello,

I just put this PC together, A fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x86 from an official source (DVD), The install goes smoothly but once Windows is loaded I will start experiencing BSODs at random time intervals. I downloaded and installed the driver for my graphics card (just the driver without the AMD software as it caused errors on first install and ended up reinstalling) - but I also experienced BSODs even on Standard VGA graphics driver. I have tested the ram with memtestx86 and there are no errors and I highly doubt that the hard drive is at fault, I pulled it from my main PC which is fine. formatted it and installed Windows. Any ideas? I`ve uploaded the dump files of the 6 BSODs encountered on my SkyDrive and SendSpace.

Asus P5GD1 motherboard, AMD HD 6670 ZHF3 GPU, 3.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM 1x512 on one of blue ram slots and 2x256 on the black ram slots) 80GB Maxtor IDE HDD with DVD RW drive plugged in on same cable as slave, Primary IDE: Maxtor HDD - Secondary Slave: DVD RW with a [strike]shitty[/strike] 350w PSU.

Alright cool, I didn`t know that a bad PSU could give such BSODs that`s why I didn`t really consider it, I will change the power supply with a better one and will update here with an update.

Alright so I changed my PSU and that did not solve the problem, I then decided to format and try a fresh install of Windows XP Professional SP3 X86 and see if I still get errors and I still do, I then decided to try another Nvidia GPU, still experienced problems, I tested my CPU with intel diagnostic tool and passed, I did 12 passed on my 512mb stick of RAM and no errors with the RAM, I even took a compressor and cleaned out all the dust from the PC and I am still getting errors now, but the system is much more stable now, BSODs are more when I restart the PC and at random times when using the PC.
