Looks pretty good... Microcenter will match some of these prices if you wanted to pick up everything / most parts in-store. They will have a lower cost on the CPU in-store (probably the i3 4160) with a bundled motherboard.

MEM - Changed to the GSkill with the same specs for a bit less cost.
HD - A few dollars more gets you four times the space.
CASE - The SPEC-01 is ok, but on a budget I like the Deepcool below or the NZXT Source 210.
PSU - XFX or Seasonic, then if needed look toward the B2 or Supernova lineups from EVGA. The EVGA N1, W1 and B1 are less than desired.
MONITOR - Changed to an IPS panel.
