1, 2 and 3 are all very good. They have 8+2 phase VRMs and good chipset and VRM cooling. The Gigabyte board is on sale right now on NewEgg.

I have had a good personal experience with the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P. Got my FX 6350 to 4.950GHz on that board with an H110 CLC.

I have no experience with #4. Appears to have 6+2 phase power, not sure though. And ASUS generally makes good quality Motherboards.


Notes:
You do NOT need a 990FX board for overclocking.
You DO need a 990FX board for crossfire/SLI.
