Components compatibility issues? Need help here guys

I opened pcpartpicker.com to plan my budget build but I was surprised when I saw this "Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs." I am trying to combine:

Intel Pentium G3258
MSI H81M-P33

Won't I able to use the pc once I finished building it up?

The support page for that motherboard says that CPU requires v 15 or newer BIOS. Version 15 of the BIOS was released in June of 2014. If you got a motherboard that has been sitting on a shelf for almost a year, then it is possible that you will need a BIOS update prior to being compatible.
