Inexplicable Wi-Fi Issue

I'm having a really strange problem with my laptop's Wi-Fi, my internal Intel Dual Band AC-7260 connects to my home Wi-Fi, but sticks at "Identifying..." and I am not assigned an IP address, I can't ping anything internal or get online. However everyone else can connect to the Wi-Fi just fine, and if I connect a USB adapter, it works. So I know the router isn't broken.

But, the internal adapter works perfectly fine on any other Wi-Fi network, and so does the Bluetooth. So I know that my Wi-Fi adapter isn't broken.

I'm running Windows 10 TP build 10041, the Wi-Fi was working before, it just stopped working out of nowhere. I tried disabling and re-enabling it, uninstalling and deleting the driver then reinstalling it, and physically removing and reinstalling it. I also rebooted multiple times.

Solution
Perhaps an IP address conflict. Have you ever set up static IP addresses? If not, turn off and unplug your home wifi router, then reconnect it. Go into your laptop wifi settings and ensure DHCP is selected and no proxy settings are used.

Yes, the internal adapter works on any network except my home network, but the rest of my family as well as a USB Wi-Fi adapter can connect to my home network.

I tried this already, I also reinstalled the driver, which forgot all the networks
uninstalling and deleting the driver then reinstalling it

My router wouldn't delete the reserved IP I had on my laptop, so I just completely flushed the DHCP.
Got to re add some entries because servers need static IPs, my wireless router is independent from my DSL router if it helps anyone else.
