It's tier two, confirmed in the PSU tier list (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html), and will last for a long time. Avoid the Corsair unit, the CX series have poor capacitors.

Because inittialy everyone thought the CX was good, but then, after 2 years of use, those units started failing.
Anyway, the CX series is not to be used on high load situations, as many did and do. It would probably not risk your build, since it's not much power hungry, but the Seasonic is way better.
