Hey,

I'm upgrading most of my PC, as it have gotten too slow. I'm playing a couple of different game right now, such as Diablo 3 and Cities Skylines, and I'd like to play them maxed, and I'm doing some light photo editing in Lightroom and Photoshop.
I'm planning on upgrading the GPU, CPU, RAM and Mobo:

I considered the GTX 960 4GB, but I found a 970 to about $385, I rather spend an extra 60 bucks to get the 970.

I'll be keeping my PSU, CPU cooler and the case:
MSI G31TM-P35 motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 @2.40 GHz
Noctua NH-D14 heatsink
AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
4 GB Ram
Samsung 120GB SSD
1 TB HDD
Corsair RM650 PSU
Fractal Design Define Mini. (mATX)
