I have 2007MB RAM in my computer shows in bios booting up all I get is a message that windows only found 502k of low memory and needs 512k low to run windows, and that I need to upgrade computer or run a system setup program provided by the manufacturer (which there is none) was working fine for months before only use it for one kiosk program

Solution
Go into the BIOS before Windows starts (you should see a message like hit F1 for setup or something similar) and set it to defaults, reboot and try again. I have not seen an error about low memory in a very long time, since you had to configure things manually under DOS and early Windows.
