I just finished building my new computer. I do not have a graphics card yet (on its way) but am going to use the onboard graphics of my i3 4330 until it arrives. However, I installed the processor, installed the stock fan, and powered it on. It makes loud beeping noises, and then turned itself off and then immediately back on. What is to blame here? Any help is appreciated.
The CPU fan does not spin up when i try turning it on. It moves a little, but never starts spinning.
