http://pcpartpicker.com/p/V6RRbv is the list I used to try and make a gaming PC with components that make sense. If someone could look it over and tweak anything that might be less expensive than this to be more in the 800-850 dollar range, that would be very helpful. :)

One issue I read about a lot is a PC case that doesn't have a lot of room and want to know if there are very good cases with plenty of space for a build like this. Thanks again!

If your budget is tight the 290 is an older card with about 5-10% less performance but more vram than the 970 then the r9 290 is a good choice for about $70-100 less.

I also changed the CPU to a 4440 because its only about 1-2% slower than the 4460 for another $10 less.

The XFX PSU I chose is also made by SeaSonic and is less expensive while still being a good quality. If you want more headroom with the PSU, the EVGA B2 is a good choice for about $15 more.

For the case I decided on the 200R, good space and features for a good price. If the budget isn't too strict, the Define R4 by Fractal is a good choice as well.

Do you think a processor like the one you picked is good enough to run games at 1080p with high frame rates? Also will it matter if the processor can overclock or not?
