I want to buy some good 2.1 audio system and I don't know so much about the sound. My budget is 60$/420KN. I have to use this site because I can't order stuff from amazon etc...

I was thinking of:
Philips SPA5300 or Logitech 2.1 Z-323 or Logitech 2.1 Z-313.
Do you have any other better suggestions and if not which one of these 3 should I buy ?
Also it doesn't have to be 2.1 if there are some really good speakers in the price range that can produce bass very well.
