Can't acess UEFI BIOS in Win 8.1 Pro.

I just built a windows 8.1 PC. It started in uefi, and i got everything setup. I wanted to go back to uefi, but after looking I can not get back in. Might be my build isn't pre-installed windows, or I'm dumb. Mobo is MSI 970a-g43. This is my first PC build(I'm just 15), and it's working great. Other than this problem. Specs are(EVGA GTX 970 SC, AMD FX-6300, MSI-970a-g43). Thanks :D :D !!

PCs with UEFI boot so much that it can be virtually impossible to get the key press in to get to the settings. However in Windows 8 you can follow the instructions on following web page to boot into it from Windows (http://www.7tutorials.com/how-boot-uefi-bios-any-windows-81-tablet-or-device).
