Hi,
I want to build a gaming pc under 1,300 dollars. It has to include the Maximus Vii Hero motherboard. It doesnt have to include a keyboard, mouse, and a monitor nor a operating system. I would like to have a ssd and a hdd and i have plan for future overclocking. Also looking to run gta v, black ops 3, etx. in a ultra settings. Thanks in advance.

P.S: I am looking to get the Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case or the NZXT H440 one.

Solution
The only major thing I would change of Alect's build is the one stick of RAM to two and get a little faster RAM. And you can save some money on the CPU cooler. All-in-ones really don't have too much advantage over good air coolers.

All these parts will allow you to overclock and will run any game you throw at it in Ultra settings. The best part is that the colouring of these parts matches each other really nicely that will make your system a red/ black build :)

Do you think 16 gigs of ram would be good? So i don't have to upgrade and i might use VMWARE?

Yes 16 GB of RAM would be ideal but I put in 8 GB because you wanted to keep the price under 1,300. If I was to add in 16 GB the price would be slightly over 1,300 USD.

But then again its your choice

Edit: One thing that PC Part Picker is doing right now, the CPU is an in-store only purchase. If you don't live near a Microcenter, just add $30 to the build.
