I installed Nuance dragon naturally speaking premium version 13 yesterday.
Everything is working OK.

But,when I am trying to install Dragon Web Extension for firefox (it's an add-on for firefox for dragon naturally speaking which has to be installed to make web surfing commands in firefox) it says "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on dnsriacontent.nuance.com".

I can install the add-on on Internet explorer & Google chrome without any problem, but can't install it on firefox.....Actually,I prefer firefox for web browsing...So,feeling hopeless..

Here is the link for Dragon Web Extensions...

Internet Explorer: https://dnsriacontent.nuance.com/13/addons.html?lang=ENX&browser=ie

Chrome: https://dnsriacontent.nuance.com/13/addons.html?lang=ENX&browser=chrome

Firefox: https://dnsriacontent.nuance.com/13/addons.html?lang=ENX&browser=firefox

THANKS IN ADVANCE.....

If someone can solve the problem or download the web extension for me & then upload it to Dropbox (so that I can download it & run the file on firefox) then I will be immensely grateful.....

& Sorry for bad English...

THANK YOU GUYS....

Solution
A prompt will appear the first time Firefox is opened after installing Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13.

Click "Proceed" and the installation instructions will appear.
Click the "Install Web Extension" button.
A "Firefox prevented this site..." message may appear. Click "Allow".
Click "Install Now".

If this does not work ...

The link which you have given for Firefox , open it , click on the lock/secure icon in the address bar and click more information...
click permissions tab and set all defaults in the plug-in section
Hope it works

Yes ,I have done that already many times....
proceed--install web extension button--allow..

then, after downloading the extension everytime it says "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on dnsriacontent.nuance.com".

Thanks for the reply...

it's strange you know....I can install other add-ons without any problem, but not this one..

Actually,I had this problem with other add-ons also previously, but they resolved after trying after some time..

But this one,I'm trying from yesterday but has not worked yet....& my firefox is the latest version,I have installed latest Java also...
