Question about PSU for MSI 970GTX 100me

Considering the MSI 970 GTX 100me 4gb myself since my 750Ti died on me a day ago, just as I got done getting this new rig built.

What's in it:
i5 4690k @ stock (want to OC to 4-4.4Ghz)
Msi gaming 5 z97 mobo
8gb 2133 8 cas G.Skill RAM
250GB Samsung 850 evo SSD
1TB Samsung 7200RPM HDD (not plugged in/powered)
650w seasonic ssr-rm

Was wondering if my psu could handle adding an R9 290x/80x or the above mentioned gtx 970 100me from msi.

Will do, will do man. Haha, sadly stuck on waiting for my new debit card to come in the mail. Ah, life. When you're down it kicks in you teeth. Was hoping that I could just use paypal with my checking account linked without my card to make the purchase, sadly no cigar.

But when I do order it. I'm going to lube myself up really nice like and have a good time.

Can I get a whoop, whoop?
