Problem receiving and sending email via iPhone/Android devices. PC/Laptops there's no issue.
The internal wireless is connected to a ASA. Protocol exchange used is MAPI protocol.

Need a lot more detail here, first thing to do is double check your account settings. And list anything you tried already and any error messages you get. If you have more than one device with the issue, the problem is very likely you are using wrong settings on them for your account, or they are not connecting to the internet.
