CPU temp too high when processing video.

Hi All,

My build is listed below. The CPU temps never get too high when I play demanding games on high quality, but do get too high by a few degrees Celsius when I process/encode videos. I think my supported core temp is about 71 degrees C. and the temps get up to around 75 degrees C. I'd like to have the temps at or below the supported temp.

I used arctic thermal paste. I am certain I applied it correctly.

I am wondering if I ought to have popped for a better CPU cooler? Or is there something in my bios settings I should be adjusting to make the CPU fan run at higher RPMs to keep the CPU cooler? My case has lots of room for ventilation, I don't think it's that.

Open to any and all ideas here.
