Hey there guys,
First of all thank you for putting some time to read my post and answer my question.
I am thinking of building a gaming PC(Currently playing csgo and wow) and i have something like this in my mind.

CPU Intel Core i5 4690 (1150 / 305Ghz / 6MB) 219Euros

MB gigabyte z97 - hd3 (1150/ z97 / ddr3) 108.05Euros

RAM DDR3 Crucial 16GBkit Dimm 1600 SportXT 150.33Euros

SSD SanDisk 240GB Sata III Ultra II 120.24Euros

You can afford an unlocked Intel i5 CPU with a Z97 motherboard with that budget aswell as a proper case. This should be close to 1400 euros. 8GB really is enough for now. You can simply add another 8GB if it won't be enough one day.

This system will perform the same way in CS:Go and WoW as the build you posted.

The GTX 960 4GB is unnecessary as the GTX 960's VRAM is only useful up to 2.4GB VRAM.

Otherwise you're paying extra for nothing basically.

Check availability, if something is missing, we'll try to come up with alternatives
Monitor is up to you but I recommend looking at 1080p on 27''. Looks grainy to me.

With higher prices in Europe this probably won't leave any budget for monitor. But it's a good setup.
