Hello. As the title states, I am looking to play Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. I have put together a PCPartPicker list of the computer I am thinking of getting. Would said computer be able to run Elder Scrolls Online on at least low/medium settings?

How much can you waste?
Because if you want to play to the "new games" even on low or medium quality you will have to pick some different parts like:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZJj6FT

And a different Motherboard, etc... this its just a little "guide" to play it more smooth than you will with your suggested build, but with your one you should be able to play it at low i think but dont know if at 720p or 1080p

You should have no trouble playing the game at medium settings. I recommend following yorel140's suggestion however.

Both budgets are good, but i would take the A10 one...just because its cheaper and the CPU its a quad core and not dual core and only supports memory up to 1333...(Intel option). Anyway another thing that I would change its the memory just because it costs the same and looks better(for me) http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32133c10d8gab

And if you want the CPU to have a longer life then go for this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K6MRbv budget that fits perfectly on your needs i think

The FX 6300 its a better option to take just for the cache(for example):
- Athlon = 2mb cache L2
- FX 6300 = 8MB cache L3 and 2 more "cores" that will give you a better multitasking experience
