Is this budget starter pc enough to run wow?

Yes this will run WoW with no problems, honestly i would keep the money you would spend on this machine and wait till you get £600-700 and buy a decent PC thats going to last

I would wait if i could but i'm on a bit of a time issue as its for his birthday in June, but i'm assuming I would be able to upgrade it when needed?

When it is time to upgrade you will should get a better GPU first
