Hello, guys (and girls)!
First of all, a shout-out to the wonderful people who take time out of their lives to help out the newbs here. Seriously, you guys are awesome.
I had recently set a budget of 1-2k and was able to come up with quite a sexy build (posted here with my pcpartpicker list : http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Ismailifaize/saved/ncgNnQ

My requirement is to run high end games like battlefield 4 and bioshock infinite, far cry 4 etc at high/ultra settings. I've got my peripherals like keyboards and mice down, so there isnt an issue there. Also, it gets pretty hot and dusty where i live.

I'd appreciate it hugely if you guys could recommend better components at a similar price (preferable lower) or warn me if I'm doing something ridiculous like using incompatible parts or using insanely high-end/ redundant components. I dont want to end up crying over it after i've already bought them. Also, please tell me if this build can survive the gaming scene for at least 3-4 years.

I'm a middle-eastern guy based in India so that's where i will be buying most of my stuff. However i do not have an issue with importing stuff if it would go better with my specs. But the thing is, most of the stocks run out of local providers pretty fast.

HELP!

In case the link doesnt show a ~$1520 beast, here you go.

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory
Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive
Asus GeForce GTX 980 4GB STRIX Video Card
Cooler Master 690 III ATX Mid Tower Case
SeaSonic S12G 650W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply

Also do i need to be worried about the RAM compatibility with the CPU voltage, since i read on other threads, people not putting too much stock into that?

EDIT: So I came to know that putting a i5 -4690 would be just as swell for the performance allowing me to buy a better CPU cooler with the saved money. Currently on the hunt...

"On the other hand, when it comes to build and power quality, the Seasonic S12G can easily make most of its competition shudder. Seasonic usually picks very high quality components for their units and the S12G is no exception, with most of the primary components and all of the capacitors coming from Japanese brands -- and the S12G is their mainstream series, not their high-end brand! That alone says a lot about Seasonic's commitment to quality and why they so easily cover a mainstream unit with a five-year warranty."

Thank you for a fast reply.
Regarding the power supply, I had read a couple of the tutorials here (never finished any, though) so I'm guessing i should keep a safe wattage. Unfortunately, Rosewill isnt selling here, but i found a comparable seasonic one.

http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12g-650-650-watts-psu/p/itmduu8wmcnzuskz?pid=PSUDUU8WCUTJU9HZ&otracker=from-search&srno=t_14&query=smps&ref=eb597eff-781e-4a5d-9f93-8a53489234f6

If you feel this one is still sub-par to a Rosewill one, please let me know and i shall consider making arrangements for international purchase. Also, i feel i should let you know that due to infrequent but unannounced power outages i would be buying an inverter so that the CPU wouldnt be afftected by the power fluctuation. I have no idea whether it would affect the PSU or its longevity.
