Hello there, I am looking to upgrade to a new full PC Build in the following month with a budget of around 2000 euros but I could go a tad bit more on the GPU.
Everything is a bit more expensive here (Lithuania) than in the US, the build I have listed in the bottom is about 2100 euros

Looking for a computer mainly suited for Gaming + Streaming but I'll also be studying Programming and might have to do a bit of 3D Modeling and Video Editing.

This computer has to last for around 2-3 years with everything running on very good framerates, mainly we're talking about 144fps (to match my main monitor) on 1080p (probably won't go 1440p in a while)

I will be upgrading to a SLI setup in ~2-3 years, so take that into account.

Most parts i'll be buying from a local store (click) due to Customs fees and extra delivery/VAT fees that makes it for me nearly impossible to buy from anywhere else, also everything is a bit more expensive here due to customs and VAT fees.

Build:

The build needs to be future-proof for at least 2-3 years and after getting SLI GPU's for about 2 more years.
Also, I'd prefer getting it before summer (hopefully that will work with the 980 ti release window if it's even true :D
I would also like my PC to be as quiet as possible (ergo the 550d case and the 140mm psu cooler fans)
The whole build is open for suggestions!

You make it sounds like it's impossible on all games, lol, the main reason why I'd prefer not to go with the 970's atm though is the fact that there's no real upgradability and a non-SLI config is a bit more utilized so to say, especially since the 980ti is getting released (hopefully) that just seems better future-proof with the 6Gb of vRam, 3.5gb is getting kinda small even today for gta v :D
