270x Can Max Out Almost Every Game At 900p Resolution...But It Needs Atleast A Quality PSU Of 500w So If You Have Get It Else Get 750Ti That's Good And Can Run Even In 300w PSU Without Power Connector.

I Don't Know Your PSU So I'll Recommend Zotac One That Consumes Less Power And Here Power Is A Big Factor...But Don't Worry Zotac One Can Run In Most Of PSU's

No,Get Zotac One Only As Your PSU May Not Run ASUS One...And Yes You Can Run All Games At 720p Resolution But If Resolution Is 1080p Then You'll Get Medium Settings Only.
