Build PC for 3d modeling & rendering

I'm trying to build a pc mostly for working with 3d programs like rhino and 3ds Max and a bit of coding. here is the list of components I want to put together. help me please If you think there are better choices or some of these parts are not compatible.

If you are going to be using this for some serious gaming, as well as the 3D work, than it should be very good.
If it is going to be strictly business: 3D work and rendering, design, coding etc. and used for making a living, I would suggest a 'work station board' and a work station/professional card.
