Hi there i was having a problem with my computer with the stock cooler on my cpu it was running too hot i am speaking over 70c when gaming, so i upgraded to aftermarket cpu cooler zalman cnps5x and i am still getting the same problem plus it is loud as hell when under load, my cpu is amd athlon x4 860k, also my front fan isnt on as there is no pins on the motherboard that fit it, so i have no case fans on but everything else is cool please help

Yes i changed the thermal paste i didnt get alot of thermal paste with the cooler but pretty sure would of been enough you dont need alot plus ill try and get the case fan up and going but very doubt that would be the problem and i knowni can add a fan but its not needed and i hsouldnt need to

You need AT LEAST 1 exhaust case fan preferably mounted in the back in-line with your CPU fan to prevent heat buildup inside your case.

On top of that it's advisable to have also an intake case fan, preferably equiped with a dust filter and with slightly greater 'capacity' than the exhaust fan to prevent dust buildup (as case will then have slight overpressure and dust won't enter through every hole)

Yeah i know but i dont want to be spending money on a fan that might do nothing at all i can get the front fan working but i dont have money to do major work as i am 15 how much do the fans cost

Okay, first off what cpu is it.
70 isn't dangerous to newer cpus.

Secondly, getting a molex -> fan adapter to get your case fan working is the cheapest thing you can do.
Thirdly, you do not NEED an exhaust fan. Sure it helps, but some cases/builds work solely off of creating positive pressure in the case which means air is exhausted everywhere it can be.

It is a amd athlon x4 860k, the case is a fractal design core 1000 and remember the fan is loud as hell probably cause its under a lot of load when gaming

Which fan is "loud"? You can find quite a few 120mm case fans for fairly cheap (under $20 USD) that are also fairly quiet (20-30 dB tops), far from "loud" in their operation.

Second, when it comes to keeping your CPU cool, there's no such thing as an "unneeded" case fan. As pointed out, minimum for optimum airflow should be 1, if not 2, fans: 1 exhaust in the back, & an optional intake on the front.

Now, it's true that most modern CPUs can take 70C temps...but even if that's the load operating temp, you shouldn't necessarily be that hot consistently. My FX processor, even with the stock cooler, rarely gets above 60C when gaming in BF4 (& usually tops out at 58C), and when it's idling or I'm just surfing the Internet it stays between 30-45C or cooler. So if you're consistently hitting 70C, it wouldnt' hurt to spend a few bucks for some case fans.

As you can see, even if you had to buy 3 brand-new case fans (2 of the 120mm, 1 of the 92mm), you could be looking at maybe $20-30 USD total for all 3. Not exactly an expensive investment, but well worth it to help your system run cool.

The cpu cooler is loud also i can only have two fans in my case as its the fractal design core 1000 so 1 at the back which is enpty and 1 at the front which i need to get up and going

Dude, gaming will always push temp up, 70c is pretty normal to me. CPUs have top temp of 100c before it will shutdown so you got a gap there.

But OK, you want to lower that 70c, paraphrasing Michel Teutel: "Anything is possible, it just takes more money."

Loud, hell yah. Fan must spin faster to remove that heat. There are work-arounds, how much is your budget? How bad you want to lower that 70c and reduce the noise?
