I'm looking for a reliable PSU for around 50€

I've been using what I guess is a made in China PSU for the last 4 years. Now I'm in the process of upgrading the hardware and I'm noticing some problems such as application freezing whilst none of the components are under load and difficulties whilst booting (it takes several tries before it starts). This has become particularly evident now that I've changed the CPU from an Athlon x2 5200 to a Phenom II x4 955 (not overclocked). I've checked the temperatures and they are reasonably low (GPU under load is 68 and CPU is 41 idle and 53 under load), that's why I'm quite sure that the only problem could be the PSU.

These are the specs:

Motherboard: Asrock ALiveNF6G GLAN
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 @ 3.2
RAM: 4GB DDR2 400Mhz (soon to be 8GB)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 560 (it says Windforce in the cooler, just in case it makes any difference)
HDD: Can't remember the brand 1TB

As I said the budget is around 50€

Thanks everyone!
