Need some advice with Gaming PC upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my PC. I do allot of online gaming, such as, COD, BF, GTA, Witcher, Skyrim, etc... So I want the PC to fast and the graphics to look fantastic! I am looking to spend no more than $2000. One thing I should mention...I Do not want to Overclock! What should I upgrade?

I wasnt quite sure what you wanted, did you want a new rig all together or just parts to upgrade it? Anyrate something like this would be perfect falling just short of $2000. You dont need 2x970's but you'll easily be able to max most games with this rig at basically any resolution.

Still looking to upgrade!! Anyone have an up to date advise for upgrading my pc-cpu/gpu etc....? Is it time to upgrade my mnoitor to 4k or 1440p gaming monitor?

I was thinking of updating my GPU to SLI with 2-980TI's 6tb w/ACX cooler superclocked+plus. And getting a AcerXB270HU monitor. Will this work with my current system? Or do I need to upgrade my cpu to a Intel i7 5820k? Thanks for your help.
