Is this a decent processor for the Witcher 3?

These are the recomended specs

i7 3770 3.4 GHz / AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz
RAM 8 GB
Video Card: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770 / AMD GPU Radeon R9 290

This is what I have
i5-4670k
msi gtx 970 gaming 4g
Ram 8GB

The only thing not up to par is the processor, but do you think it will make a huge difference?
also what settings do you think ill be able to run on?

I usually use the CPU benchmark as reference for comparison. These are the benchmarks:
Intel Core i7 3770 https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i7-3770+%40+3.40GHz&id=896
Intel Core i5 4670k https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core+i5-4670K+%40+3.40GHz&id=1921
AMD FX-8350 https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+FX-8350+Eight-Core&id=1780

Both i7 3770 and i5 4670k have 4 cores, the benchmark ponints difference is of ~22%, which you can recover by overclocking your i5 because it is unlocked. You can also see that your i5 has almost the same performance of the AMD FX-8350, so you don't have much to lose.

I'm sure you will be able to play at high graphic settings without much delay.
