I have 2 pc's.
One is built with NZXT Phantom. I have all 120mm/140mm noctua fans as intake, the H80i w/ 2 noctua fans is intake in rear as well, and 3 x 200mm fans (2 on top and 1 top side) are my exhaust fans...... Is this ok or does the radiator fans need to be exhaust??

The other I'm about to build in a NZXT s340 will have 2 140mm in front, and the top 140mm exhaust. The rear will have an H60 cooler push/pull, exhaust or intake??

The reason why I ask is I read this fan setup 101 article and he states this:
Another common mistake is to have radiator over an intake fan. To many beginning watercoolers this seems to be ideal since it brings cold air through the radiator; however, this has the adverse effect of putting hot air into the case, bringing the ambient temperature up. It's a much better idea to have your radiator placed at the top or rear of your case so cooler internal air can be used to cool the loop.

Solution
Yeah, you have some conflicting airflow in there. Pretty much just need to flip the h80i fans to exhaust. That way you have a nice flow from front to back to help cool the motherboard.

Pretty sure the arrow is drawn incorrectly for that fan behind the drive cages. Looks like it is blowing towards the rear to me. (Which is correct, sort of)

Here is a pic of my airflow on pc #1. I have 2x 200mm NZXT fans as exhaust on top and on the side door I have 1 x 200mm exhaust and 2 x 120mm Noctua fans as intake on side panel

Thanks

Yeah, the arrows are just pointing it out the type of fan not airflow on the bottom left. Tt is also intake...there is 2 noctua 140mm way up front and the 3rd is just pulling air from the bottom 140mm. Corsair recommends intake in there instructions but after reading more some say exhaust on the h80i

So with that said the other build I should do the 2 front 140mm intake and the top and H60 fans as exhaust on the NZXT S340 then

Flipped the fans today on my H80i and wow.. It is a lot quieter. I normally keep the fans set at 1800rpms while gaming. Now I set them to 2200rpms and they still sound more quiet then before... Thanx

Also removed the hard drive bay to help with airflow for intake. Mounted the 2 3.5 had on the bottom and the 2 ssd drives in a 2.5-3.5 holder in one of the 5.25 bays..
