Win 8.1 64-bit
i7 4800MQ
32 GB RAM
GTX 780M 2GB
2x 1TB HDD RAID 0

Disk regularly reads at or near 100% while performing menial tasks (eg surfing interweb, playing WoW) Disabling superfetch and win search provides no feedback. Computer also experiences random blue screens, though they are of little concern and infrequent. Experienced a yellow screen, restart occurred before I could get information off it.

Update: It's quite sporadic. Now has 0%.

Welcome to the community, abyssalumbra!

Since disabling those Windows services didn't work, I think that you should test your RAID 0 drives using a diagnostics tool to see how's their health and SMART status. You should use your HDD manufacturer's diagnostics tool, which you might be able to find on their website. In case you cannot find it, here are some third party suggestions: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

I'd also strongly recommend you to backup your data from the RAID 0 array before proceeding with the troubleshooting.

Keep me posted! :)
