How to update bios on a Gigabyte motherboard question

Hello

I bought a used Gigabybte GAZ97x-UD5H mb and it is rev.1.0 . How do I update the bios to the latest rev. ?

I have never done a bios update before.

Ive heard that you can kill your mb if not done correctly.

If you don't have any issues, then you don't need to update to the latest bios - it could kill your motherboard(even if done correctly all you need is a power outage in the middle of it).
