AX860 to power R9 295x2 HELP

So I just ordered an XFX r9 295x2 along with an AX860 PSU from Corsair cause both my friend and some posts online show that this PSU is capable of powering the r9 295x2. Unfortunately I can't get the thing to work for me. My R9 295x2 always crashes on me if I try to run any game on fullscreen mode , only window mode works for me since Crossfire does not work unless it's in full screen mode. Can anyone please tell me what to do?

Corsair H110
Corsair AX860 PSU
8GB DDR3 1333
XFX R9 295X2 HYDRA
Asus P8z77-v lk MB

I was using GeForce GTX 770 in SLI. I already used DDU to uninstall the old drivers in safe mode. I've retried the installation many times making sure old drivers were deleted but the problem persists.
