First time building a computer, wanted to know...

Q2: Is my power supply too much or not enough?

Well, that is a very specific use and you got the build right for the purpose. Indeed, 32GB of memory can and will be beneficial for VMs, as well as i7. If that's all you will be doing (apart from surfing, regular use, watching videos, multimedia, but no gaming) then graphics card can wait, integrated will suffice.

Get a decent CPU cooler though, stock one you get is barely enough for i7, even if you are not overclocking. For serious OC, you'd ideally get corsair H100i or similar water cooling, but for slight OC even CM 212 EVO is enough. Internal case fans don't cool the CPU directly, they just move hot air out of the case, hot air from all components combined AFTER their respective coolers dissipate heat.
What will the build be used for, sir? I'm asking so I can advise better, because you don't have a discrete graphics card in it, you have an i7 and a whopping 32GB of memory, and only a small 120GB SSD, with too strong PSU for your current build (can't hurt, though - but it's just not a balanced build).

Where is your dedicated GPU? Helps with all tasks and even for non-gaming. Otherwise, definitely need a bigger SSD. Get a 250Gb version. Last, what are you gonna cool the CPU with?

The Power Supply will be good for any high end GPU and you might be able to SLI. That is a good choice for value.

Check out putting a build together here: pcpartpicker.com

EDIT. Unless you need tons of HDDs I'd get a Corsair 450D or 300R instead. Better airflow.

Thanks for the reply!

I'm currently trying to use this build to run VM (8 or more at a time). Some classmates are running with 16GB memory and are still finding the memory insufficient. In the future I would like to add a graphics card to convert this build into a gaming build.

Q1: Could I wait on the graphics card?

Q2: Do I need cooling method? (not going to overclock right away, still learning) Are the internal fans not enough?

You did. When you later on decide that you want to game, add a decent graphics card like GTX 970 and you are all set. As a sidenote, the cooler is much better than stock, just don't expect some crazy overclocking - it is not designed for heavy OC. A few hundred MHz should be easily doable, though.
