GT 730 GDDR5 performance to Core 2 Duo E7400

I'm planning to replace my current GPU Geforce 210 with a GT 730 for playing CS GO
Currently, i'm playing in low settings 800x600 having a 30-50 fps.

PC Specs:
Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8ghz
4.0 GB Ram DDR2

Question:
Can the GT 730 perform its full potential and will not be bottleneck by the E7400?

It depends on the game. If the game engibe is too heavy on the CPU, there is no GPU in the world that will manage to work at its full potential. However, you should be able to fully utilise GT730 in CS:GO - performance boost should be quite big, actually. Go for it.
