hi guys, i am just wondering whether there are any controller that is able to control these 7 beasts of fans?

I have recently made changes and upgraded my case from Arc Mini R2 to Define R5, and i noticed an increment of 6C on my GPU and CPU. My GPU usually only tops at 68C, now it may go to 74C... I have heard that Noctua fans are crazy strong pushed..
Any suggestions guys?
